I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the efficient operation of the Events department.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the property.
- Support the delivery of an excellent Events experience from enquiry through to arrival and departure, ensuring guests receive a high level of service at all times.
- Assist guests and clients with enquiries and follow up on bookings to ensure all details are confirmed accurately.
- Maintain accurate event records, booking information and follow-up files for prospective clients and leads.
- Ensure all documentation, procedures and communications are completed accurately and in line with Six Senses guidelines and standards.
- Build positive working relationships with other departments to support the smooth day-to-day operation.
- Carry out all duties in a professional, ethical and responsible manner in line with company policies and local regulations.
- Attend team meetings and departmental briefings as required.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
