I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation in all brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Bar & Restaurant activities, running food & beverage, clearing, execution of table maintenance or back‑of‑house maintenance as required.
- Take guest orders from any food & beverage outlet.
- Provide exceptional service at all times following standards and steps of service.
- Greet guests on arrival and conduct welcome and check‑in procedures in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently.
- Inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine list, ensure designated amounts are available, and update menus or wine lists as changes occur.
- Work with an empathetic attitude and if there is any problem which cannot be handled, must contact Management.
- Maintain the guest recognition program, taking special care with food likes, dislikes and allergies or special dietary requests.
- Communicate guest feedback, inquiries, and comments. Follow up with management.
- Have good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day‑to‑day activities.
- Have good knowledge of all F&B outlets opening hours.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
- Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar operational setting.
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Technical skills include MS Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiarity with hotel systems including MICROS/point‑of‑sale platforms.
- Knowledge of hotel policies on discounts/food promotion.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development, food and hygiene codes and inventory control.
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
