Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of amenity deliveries and doorknob procedures.
- Support the Minibar team with collection, sanitation and filling of glass water bottles.
- Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in department´s standards.
- Handle cashiering function, guest billing control as well as point of sale system and reporting.
- Perform food order delivery to guest room following internal and LQA standards.
- Be familiar with preparation, ingredients, and presentation of menu offerings.
- Use the appropriate glassware and tableware for the different orders.
- Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day to day activities.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications
To execute the position of In Room Dining Waiter, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year’s experience in a similar operational role.
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Familiar with Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
- Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
