Duties and ResponsibilitiesI am committed to behaving professionally and setting an example for my colleagues, residents, and partners. I will adhere to Six Senses principles, core values, best practices, guidelines, and objectives while demonstrating respect for diverse cultures and nationalities. I will project a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards and build a professional relationship with the Residents.
- Respond to a wide variety of residents’ requests accurately by assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with the residents’ standards and policies.
- Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
- Process and handle all residents’ requests regarding packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming.
- Assist residents with all inquiries related to residences and hotel services, hours of operations, key personnel, in‑house events, directions, etc.
- Coordinate with departments for transfer‑related requests and assist residents with transfers to and from the residences if required.
- Recommend, schedule, and plan with the residents for their preferred activities during their stay.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local key occurrences (directions, monuments, activities, restaurants, shopping, flora, and wildlife found on the property and the neighbourhoods).
- Have knowledge of all Six Senses Hotels, Resorts, and Spas to arrange accommodation and make travel arrangements on request.
- Have knowledge of countries within reasonable reach and what they have to offer.
- Have knowledge of the history and demographic facts about the current country.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
- Have knowledge of all safety, security, and emergency procedures related to Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
- My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

To execute the position of Residences Concierge, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar operational setting.
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
- I have excellent knowledge of guest related functions, guest service and local surrounding areas.
- Knowledge of residential portal platform would be an advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language with confident communication skills.
- A second language would be an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.
