As Programming Coordinator at Six Senses Place, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute a cultural programme of transformative experiences for members, hotel guests, and residents that align with Six Senses’ values of wellness, sustainability, and connection.
- Oversee the administration of experiential offerings for the hotel, ensuring they run smoothly, including off-site experiences and collaborations.
- Oversee the management and execution of events, including content creation, organization, and administration through the PeopleVine system.
- Align with the operational teams to assist set-up and testing of operational systems ahead of each event on the schedule.
- Track attendance, engagement, and post-event insights, ensuring member follow-ups and personalized outreach.
- Gather event details, images, and blurbs from speakers and practitioners, making sure we always have the right words and visuals to inspire our community when marketing events.
- Upload events onto PeopleVine, ensuring members and guests can easily see what’s coming up.
- Work closely with our Marketing and Front of House teams to make sure events are promoted across all our channels, from the app to the in-house displays.
- Work closely with the F&B teams to collate menus and price points for events where required.
- Manage and reconcile payments and invoices for events through Opera and Procurement Wizard software.
- Support the development, documentation, and adherence to SOPs for event strategy, event outreach, event marketing and event reporting.
- Prepare post-event reports, collating feedback, and data on performance to help shape and improve future programming.
- Support the Programming Director with day-to-day coordination and administration, providing timely updates and clear communication regarding daily events, event set-ups, and F&B requirements.

Qualifications:
- Passionate about cultural programming, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
- A clear communicator with an eye for detail, especially when it comes to scheduling, marketing copy and event descriptions.
- A proactive, reliable team member who takes pride in delivering exceptional events in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Comfortable working with event or CRM software (experience with Amadeus Delphi, Procurement Wizard and PeopleVine is a big plus, but not essential if you’re quick to learn).
- A collaborative spirit, you enjoy communicating with different teams and stakeholders to build great relationships.
