I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick-up guest luggage according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner and offer assistance to guests when requested.
- Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
- Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including lobby and report any defects.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel buggies and vehicles and ensure they are in good condition.
- Handle guest inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information.
- Report any illness, accidents befalling guests, irregularities to the Front Office Manager.
- Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
- Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.

Qualifications
- Hospitality diploma/degree is preferred.
- Technical skills include MS Office β Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
- I have excellent knowledge of guest related functions, guest service and local surrounding areas.
- Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
