Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure products and services are constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Focus and support our rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
  • Assist in providing an exceptional guest experience service in the restaurant.
  • Effectively carry out service recovery or charge our hosts to do so in the event of guest complaints.
  • Inspect department and guests’ orders on a regular basis, ensuring any maintenance and product improvements are actioned within the designated time frame.
  • Support on leading a team of engaged and experienced hosts to provide the Six Senses exceptional standards of service.
  • Assist on the monthly inventory.
  • Thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the property.
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
  • My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant supervisory experience in a full-service outlet or similar hotel operational role.
  • Hospitality Management Degree preferred.
  • Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Familiar with various hotel systems including OPERA and MICROS platforms.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
