Job description:
- As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, youare personally responsible for providing a 1stClass Customer Service to our patients.
- Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
- You will support the Practice Managers and Clinic Directors.
Salary:
- £28,000 per annum
Experience:
- Front of House experience preferred
- An understanding of ITsystems
- Training will beprovided over 2 weeks
This role is 37.5hrs across 5 days, with a rota that goes out the week before showing where you will be working. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
