We are looking for a vibrant, experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to work at Chelsea. Annual leave entitlement is 5 weeks (187.5 hours from 1st December to 30th November). All UK bank holidays off. Optional Saturday work available (overtime and 1.5 pay). Immediate start if possible. Progression and more opportunities available. This role is 37.5 hours across 4 days / Monday - Wednesday 8am - 7pm / Thursday OFF / Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Job description: As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, you are personally responsible for providing a 1st Class Customer Service to our patients. Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need. You will support the Practice Manager and Clinic Director in the day to day running of the clinic.

Salary: Starting at £28,000

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ Front of House experience (essential)
  • Experience in private healthcare preferred
  • Experience using our booking system TM3 would be highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace would be beneficial
  • Experience handling payments and processing transactions
