Do you want to work in a fast moving, client facing market environment? SIX Group is seeking a high performing Sales & Business Development professional to drive revenue growth across our fixed income data products in the UK and European markets. This role is focused on new business acquisition, commercial opportunity creation, and expansion of SIX's footprint across bond market participants. This is a front office, client facing role for an individual who thrives in fast moving markets, enjoys building pipeline from the ground up, and can translate market structure and trading workflows into clear commercial value. You will work directly with sophisticated clients across trading, execution, and market structure functions, playing a key role in generating sustainable revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Originate, develop, and close new revenue opportunities for fixed income data solutions across UK and European markets.
- Build and manage a strong new business pipeline, targeting institutional bond market participants and prospective new clients.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach, face to face client meetings, and solution led consultative selling.
- Translate trading workflows, execution models, and market structure into clear, compelling commercial use cases.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to align client demand, feedback, and opportunities with product development.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in fixed income data sales or business development with strong knowledge of bond markets and clients.
- Demonstrated success in new business generation, including pipeline creation and winning new institutional logos.
- Solid understanding of fixed income execution models and venue dynamics, including RFQ and CLOB market structures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with confidence engaging traders and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English required for daily client engagement and internal collaboration across international teams.
