The successful candidate will help promote and drive the commercial strategy for SIX Exchanges across the UK and Ireland, with full responsibility for promoting and growing adoption of its products and services, and a specific focus on liquidity optimization across all trading services. The candidate will have a good understanding of the competitive landscape in Equities and ETFs, market structures and the regulatory environment in which the Exchanges operate. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge and an established network of market participants including proprietary trading firms.
What You Will Do- Develop and execute strategies that increase trading volumes and enhance liquidity quality across asset classes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with proprietary trading firms and institutional participants.
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Work as part of a small distributed team to contribute to delivering an industry leading experience for members of the exchanges within the group.
- Extensive experience in Equities and ETFs, with a strong understanding of market structure and regulation.
- Proven ability to drive liquidity and volumes through innovative solutions.
- Deep industry network and insight into what drives proprietary trading activity.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working within an investment.
