As Head of Relationship Management, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our strategic partnerships with banks, broker-dealers and other financial institutions across the Securities Services value chain.
As a team lead you will drive client engagement, identify growth opportunities and ensure clients maximise the value of SIX's post-trade solutions, including Clearing, Custody & Asset Servicing, Securities Finance and Trade Repositories.
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Operations, Risk and Compliance, you will shape client strategies, influence business development initiatives and represent SIX as a senior ambassador in the financial market.

What You Will Do
- Ensure that strategic relationships with banks and broker/dealers are established and further developed at the respective levels in order to grow the business across the various business lines.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities, in close collaboration with your team and the dedicated sales colleagues, across the value chain, ensuring clients benefit from the full suite of services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product & Business Development, Operations, Risk and Compliance identifying and addressing clients’ needs and opportunities, to incorporate new solutions and mandates.
- Collaborate with other business units referring x-sell opportunities.
- Articulate and actively manage individual client account business plans, set targets, internal reporting and to ad-hoc inquiries.
- Representation of SIX in the financial market as senior representative (networking events, forums, etc.).
What You Bring
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Post-Trade relationship management role within the financial industry (B2B).
- Experience as a team lead is preferable.
- Solid understanding of our core business and respective market and client requirements.
- Structured and thorough approach to lead/guide a team and interact with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of customer orientation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, reporting and presentation skills.
