Bright Digital is one of the largest and strategically important entities within the Six & Flow Group, a fast-evolving collective of elite HubSpot partners operating across the Netherlands, UK, Ireland, Canada and South Africa. Together, we are building the first truly global, AI-first HubSpot consultancy, uniting more than 175 specialists across strategy, CRM, RevOps, data, AI, marketing, design & development and systems integration.
As Managing Director of Bright Digital, you step into a pivotal leadership role at a defining moment in our evolution. The Dutch organisation is entering a period of significant transformation: multi-founder transitions, cultural stabilisation, and the shift from independent entities (Bright, BrixCRM, Systony) into a unified regional model. Bright is the anchor of this journey, the Group's largest commercial engine, and the core of our Benelux footprint.
This is a role for a leader who wants the privilege and challenge of stewarding one of the Group’s flagship entities through a period of heightened change, shaping not only Bright’s next chapter, but also contributing directly to Group-wide leadership, strategy and integration. Our culture is people-first. Growth is driven by transparency, alignment, empathy, and accountability. As MD, your success will not be measured solely by revenue and margin, but by the stability, clarity and confidence you create across Dutch teams during a time when strong leadership matters most.
You will also serve on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), playing a key role in advancing our European operating model, AI-first capabilities, and cross-border collaboration. Your influence extends beyond Bright: you will help shape how the Netherlands contributes to the Group’s culture, commercial performance and long-term strategy.
For the right leader, this is a rare opportunity:
- A high-performing business in motion, stable enough to scale, dynamic enough to innovate.
- A region with huge potential, ready for refinement, alignment and acceleration.
- A defining leadership moment, influence that spans both entity and Group level.
- A cultural mandate, building cohesion, trust and shared identity across multiple teams.
If you are energised by transformation, passionate about people, and driven by the ambition to help shape the next generation of a global consultancy, this is a role with real scope, real complexity and real impact.
