We're looking for a Solutions Architect to take the lead in rolling out everything from sales strategy to the technical implementation of HubSpot tools and integrations. You will be someone who understands CRM, data analysis, integrations and the power and potential of automation. You'll work alongside the RevOps delivery team to help deliver the system implementation and technical elements of our client work, as well as working autonomously within the CRM team to deliver standalone CRM implementation projects.

Six & Flow is a strategic, AI-driven Hubspot Consultancy agency that helps businesses thrive by leveraging HubSpot to create easy, fast and unified systems. We help them grow. And we try to enjoy the process along the way…

What will I be doing?

As a Solutions Architect, you will plan, build, and manage our clients’ digital systems and processes toward total organisational alignment, driven by adoption of HubSpot. You will quickly develop the ability to effectively align end-to-end marketing, sales, service and other systems required to succeed in this role. Delivering lead intelligence to sales, closing the attribution loop, and creating the infrastructure that supports optimal buying experiences are paramount to providing value to our clients.

While you certainly won’t be expected to be a master of all of the skills and tools below, it will be important to your success to have a general understanding and the discipline to quickly learn how to:

  • Complete CRM audits and data migrations
  • CRM training & Strategy planning
  • No & low-code integrations between platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Pipedrive, etc)
  • Identify, articulate and execute on the requirements for a minimally viable system to get stakeholder buy-in
  • Draft project plans that clearly communicate the jobs to be done to all contributors
  • Manage the technical aspects of building key CRM systems (marketing automation, CRM, proposal generation, data aggregation, etc.) used to drive business outcomes
  • Implement a cohesive, strategy-driven HubSpot system across marketing, sales and service towards streamlining data flow, supporting business processes and driving efficiency to clients via adoption of HubSpot
  • Optimise lead hand-off and opportunity nurturing processes through the sales funnel by injecting automation and data capture mechanisms
  • Establish closed-loop analytics and comprehensive reporting between marketing and sales to help clients monitor, iterate and improve their activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years experience working with Hubspot, ideally in an agency setting
  • Ability to work with clients, prospects and partners both remotely and in-person
  • Technological mindset and aptitude
  • An analytical eye for data and processes
  • Technical competencies/experience with tools such as Salesforce, ERP (Netsuite, Dynamics, SAP), ecommerce (Shopify, etc), IPaaS (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc)
  • A deep understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Understanding of technical integrations and working with APIs
  • Bonus points for experience with data skills (Excel, SQL), coding (JavaScript or Python) and AI-related skills (scoping and building agents/assistants)

What will I get in return?

  • Salary of up to £38,000
  • 25 Days annual leave + Holiday buy back scheme
  • Pension scheme
  • Yearly conference budget
  • Yearly training budget
  • Flexible and supportive hybrid work environment
  • Wellbeing budget & Headspace membership
  • 4 paid volunteer days per year at a charity of your choosing
