About The Role
As a Revenue Assurance Manager, you’ll play a critical role at the heart of our business, working across every product and service to ensure all revenue is accurately captured, protected and maximised. This is a high-impact role where insight meets action, combining sharp commercial thinking with advanced data analysis to uncover opportunities, prevent leakage and drive meaningful change. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end revenue assurance activities, from insightful reporting and deep-dive analytics to identifying, quantifying and eliminating revenue leakage. The role partners closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll spot trends early, get to the root cause of issues, and embed sustainable solutions that strengthen our processes and performance long-term. Operating across multiple suppliers and technology platforms, you’ll navigate complex technical and commercial metrics to assess risk, unlock value and ensure rigorous reconciliation between our cost base and incoming revenue. You’ll also collaborate with Product and Service Management teams to ensure pricing is accurate, transparent and fully reflective of supplier costs - helping us deliver value to clients while safeguarding margins.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience of working with a Revenue Assurance function.
- If you've previously worked with a Managed Services environment we'd love to hear from you.
- Experience of working with ServiceNow (desirable).
- Ideally if you have Microsoft licensing/ Microsoft CSP experience it would be beneficial for this role.
- Qualified to degree standard in Business related discipline, or equivalent experience (desirable).
