We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to work within our Cyber Security Assurance and Advisory team. The team is responsible for the delivery of industry-leading penetration tests, red team engagements, assessment and advisory services. The Project Coordinator is a key role within the teams that acts as a liaison between the sales team, clients and our team of consultants to arrange, book and help progress engagements.
In this role, you will:
- Introduce and manage project level communication both internally and externally. This includes Highlight Reports, project logs, exception reports, presenting recommendations, action improvement plans and remedial activity as necessary.
- Plan all activities to determine the overall project duration, when activities and events are planned to happen, including the identification of activities and their logical dependencies, estimation of activity durations and billing milestones.
- Be responsible for accurate work in progress (WIP) revenue recognition and maximising project profitability and timely billing.
- Manage risks to avoid them becoming issues through supporting the planning and resource management functions to ensure projects are delivered effectively and in line with clients’ needs, the contracted service and the required quality/finance/time requirements/limits.
- Ensure that all changes made to a project’s scope, time, cost and quality objectives are identified, documented, evaluated, approved, rejected or deferred.
- Compliance with company information security policies and procedures, reporting incidents and ensuring necessary security procedures or activities are completed.

Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in Project management experience in a technology company.
- Project governance, planning, control, monitoring.
- Management of project budgets in excess of £10k.
- Financial reporting including revenue recognition, gross margin, billing milestones & resource utilisation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills applying appropriate analysis methods and techniques.
- Self-managing and pro-active.
- Focus on quality and detail.
- Prince II methodologies and the appropriate application of these methods.
- Good project management discipline.
