This is a hands-on, front-of-house leadership role where you’ll shape the food offering, elevate service, and develop high-performing teams across multiple stations. If you love great food, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to get the best out of people — this is your next move.

The Role

  • You’ll lead and coach station managers to deliver:
    • Consistently high-quality food, prepared to spec and served with pride
    • A warm, memorable customer experience that reflects the values of the organisation
    • Strong commercial performance through smart deployment, great standards, and engaged teams

You’ll work closely with the lead chef, drive operational excellence, and ensure every station is compliant, well-run, and performing at its best.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspiring and developing Station Managers to deliver outstanding food and service
  • Ensuring every shift is deployed effectively to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
  • Embedding strong recruitment, succession, and training practices
  • Maintaining 100% compliance across food safety, H&S, and operational standards
  • Leading weekly site visits, identifying opportunities, and driving action plans
  • Ensuring accurate people processes — rotas, holidays, payroll, training compliance
  • Protecting commercial performance through stock, cash and loss-prevention controls
  • Keeping all customer areas clean, welcoming, and well-maintained

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience leading large, diverse teams in hospitality, food retail, or similar
  • A passion for local produce, great food, and showcasing the region
  • Strong analytical skills to spot trends and drive improvement
  • Confident communication and collaboration across multiple teams and sites
  • A hands-on coaching style — visible, supportive, and always developing others
  • Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
  • A genuine love of people and creating a culture where teams thrive

Desirable: Level 3 Food Hygiene, proven multi-site or high-volume management experience, and a natural enthusiasm for food.

Why This Role Matters

You’ll be the person who ensures customers leave feeling delighted — not just fed. You’ll build teams who take pride in what they do, uphold exceptional standards, and create an experience that keeps people coming back.
