About The Role

The Service Desk Team is a core team within the business, it’s the first point of contact for our clients, and is heavily involved in the delivery of timely and effective technical solutions.

The core focus of the 2nd Line Network Connectivity Service Desk Engineer will be to take ownership and successfully resolve complex technical incidents and requests logged by clients. This will mean investigating issues, troubleshooting and providing solutions, while working in a fast paced environment, and keeping the customer updated at all times. You will also get involved in supporting the underlying infrastructure, and in performing root cause and trend analysis to facilitate proactive measures.
