Our Bid Executive supports Six Degrees’ numerous bid tendering and proposal generation activities across both the public and private sector. The role is responsible for supporting the assembly and management of the bid, the process, and stakeholders, to prepare winning bids and maximise sales. You will be directing the bids ensuring complete team adherence to templates, tools and governance gates, supporting the resulting bid response, through to signature of the contract and handover into project delivery. This role is an opportunity to play a key part in collaborating with people across the business as they help develop and maintain a bid library that will drive efficiency and improve knowledge sharing within Six Degrees. Coordinate the preparation of the bid, ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to the correct standard ensuring high-quality, innovative, winning bids are submitted and delivered on time. Review and revise documents prepared by others and coordinate the preparation of those materials in a completed bid document.
Role Requirements
- Proven bid management experience.
- Strong background in delivering public and private sector bids within an IT services business.
- If you have previous experience of collating, reviewing or understanding bid commercials we would love to hear from you.
- If you are APMP certified it would be beneficial.
