Our business protects UK organisations with the goal of enabling them to operate effectively and securely in the cloud, by giving them secure platforms to innovate and grow. We support our customers on their digital transformation journey regardless of their maturity. Our vision is to be the UK’s number one provider of secure, integrated cloud services to the small to mid-size market.

The Public and Hybrid Cloud Product Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership of our cloud product portfolio covering Public Cloud (Microsoft, Azure, etc.) and Hybrid Cloud solutions. This position integrates commercial product ownership, technical lifecycle management, collaboration in platform design, management of supplier relationships, and assurance of operations. You will work closely with Cloud Architects, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and key external cloud partners to define, evolve, and optimise our cloud offerings. The role is accountable for ensuring our platforms (including Partner Centre) are fit for purpose, scalable, commercially compelling, and deliver exceptional customer experience throughout their lifecycle. You'll be managing each product through all lifecycle stages: introduction, growth, maturity, decline, and retirement and facilitate the rationalisation of the portfolio complexity to streamline operations and enhance profitability.

This position is ideally suited for an individual who can seamlessly transition between strategic planning, practical execution, cross-functional leadership, and thorough engagement with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Ideally if you have Azure Fundamentals / Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect certifications we’d love to hear from you. Extensive experience in Product Management positions related to Cloud, Hosting, SaaS, or Managed Services. Expertise collaborating with Public Cloud vendors (such as Microsoft, CSP Portal providers, etc.) and managing distributed workloads. Demonstrated track record of launching, managing, and evolving cloud services and vendor or partner management exposure at an operational and strategic level. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Public Cloud technologies (Azure, M365, VMware, AWS optional) and knowledge of multi-cloud architectures, hybrid cloud models, networking fundamentals, and security principles. Proven experience owning product roadmaps and lifecycle management and a strong understanding of SaaS/IaaS/PaaS commercial models.
