About The Role
There is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to explore an Inside Sales Representative role at Six Degrees.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bookings, contracts, and orders for both existing and potential clients of Six Degrees.
- You will collaborate with both existing and prospective clients and partners of Six Degrees to guarantee that all essential details regarding bookings, contracts, and orders are managed effectively.
- This role will have accountability for accurately capturing and processing information whilst ensuring that all relevant internal and external stakeholders are informed of important updates.
- A focus of the Inside Sales Representative will be managing closing run rate and small orders, while staying informed about the products and services offered by Six Degrees.
- You will also assist in qualifying MQLs to SQLs for both customers and channel partners.
- There will be an opportunity to oversee a yet-to-be-determined number of partners who are currently sourcing from Six Degrees, with an emphasis on recognising and pursuing untapped opportunities.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to enhance sales initiatives and reduce churn among the tail accounts, as well as establishing and nurturing robust relationships with partners and clients.
- There will be an expectation to keep internal and external stakeholders updated with any important updates.
Role Requirements
- Communication is key in this position, as you will interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide any necessary additional information.
- We expect you to excel in building relationships, exerting influence, and being a valuable team player.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads and a strong understanding of lead qualification processes and sales methodologies.
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
