About The Role

  • The Change Manager will drive effective change management processes as a hands-on practitioner, ensuring changes are executed with rigour, transparency, and efficiency, and that all regulatory obligations are met.
  • The Change Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of changes across client environments.
  • You’ll ensure all activities are executed in line with financial services sector regulations, compliance standards, and operational excellence.
  • This role is pivotal in maintaining robust change governance, minimising risk, supporting business continuity, and acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • A focus of the role will be ensuring all change management activities comply with financial services regulations and frameworks (e.g., FCA, PRA, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC).

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in change management within IT, cloud, or managed services environments, ideally in the financial services sector.
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of ITIL change management processes and best practices.
  • If you have experience coordinating Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and facilitating change approvals and knowledge of risk assessment, impact analysis, and regulatory compliance requirements we’d love to have a conversation with you.
