About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Inside Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth, developing talent, and aligning sales activities with strategic business goals. As a hands-on leader, you will coach and inspire your team to exceed targets, foster a culture of excellence, and lead by example in all aspects of sales execution. You will play a key role in shaping outreach strategies, optimising performance, and ensuring the team consistently delivers qualified opportunities to the wider sales organisation.

Role Requirements

  • Prior experience in a senior Inside Sales or Sales Management position or a comparable sales role, preferably within technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Experience of managing a New Business or Inside Sales function previously (desirable).
  • You must demonstrate a successful track record in business development, particularly emphasising the generation of new business.
  • The ability to build rapport with potential customers and establish long-term relationships is crucial for this role.
  • Additionally, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience in dynamic technology or SaaS sales settings is greatly preferred.

As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.
