At Six Contract Furniture we lead the market in the delivery of large scale contract furniture solutions, combining supplier sourced loose furniture with bespoke upholstery and joinery manufactured in our UK factory. Due to continued success and growth we are now looking to add an experienced Account Manager to our team. The successful candidate will be adept in the management of relationships with high end luxury clients, confidently communicating with interior designers, architects and project managers to ensure a seamless service and to drive the sales of furnishings for our commercial projects. The role will require regular trips to London for client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client enquiries and preparing quotations
- Booking, attending and presenting at meetings
- Nurturing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing and prospective prestigious clients
- Act as a brand ambassador at trade fairs and industry events to showcase the product range
- Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and advocate for client needs internally
- Staying informed of industry developments and using market knowledge to pinpoint opportunities and identify emerging trends in luxury interiors
- Keeping CRM up-to-date and maintaining excellent client records
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven account management or sales experience, ideally within the luxury furniture, high-end interiors, or a comparable premium sector
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury brands, high-quality craftsmanship, and the contract furniture industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
- The ability to consistently provide first class service and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced target orientated environment
