Six by Nico in Manchester is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead our busy kitchen on a high-paced food concept. You will work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily operations, ensure quality dishes and maintain strong team performance.
You will drive continuous development, coach staff, and maintain exceptional standards in seasoning, portioning and presentation across changing menus every 6 weeks.
