The role

Due to our unique concept, we change menus on a regular basis which will give you the opportunity for continual development of your skills and knowledge with different cooking styles.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high level of food safety is maintained.
• Run a section during the day‑to‑day service; sections will alternate for your personal development.
• Have a good knowledge & understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
• Commit to delivering first class service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
• Have good organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
