We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who is enthusiastic and driven, to join the team at Six by Nico.
The role
Due to our unique concept, we change menus on a regular basis which will give you the opportunity for continual development of your skills and knowledge with different cooking styles.
As a Chef de Partie at Six by Nico you will:
- Take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring a high level of food safety is maintained.
- Run a section during the day‑to‑day service; sections will alternate for your personal development.
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques, and food safety.
- Be committed to delivering first class service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to multitask.
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
