Six by Nico – Leeds, West Yorkshire – is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who is an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the team. Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring a high level of food safety is maintained.
• Run a section during the day‑to‑day service; sections will alternate for personal development.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
• Deliver first class service.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
• Show good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
