Junior Sous Chef – Six by Nico

Location: 86 Albion Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G1 1NY – Glasgow Merchant City.

Role Overview

Due to our unique concept, menus are changed regularly, offering continual development of cooking skills and knowledge across different cooking styles. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, assisting in supervising the team and coordinating the delivery of high‑quality food in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen environment.
