Six Company is a fast-growing hospitality group, home to Six by Nico, 111 by Modou, Bamboleo and Somewhere by Nico. As we expand, we’re investing in our people and building a strong People Team. We’re now looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Administrator to support our HR function and recruitment journey across the UK & Ireland.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the administration of the recruitment process – drafting adverts, coordinating interviews, issuing offers, and preparing contracts.
- Supporting managers with recruitment coordination to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Overseeing onboarding administration, ensuring new starters are welcomed with everything they need.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HRIS, ATS and personnel records.
- Generating regular reports and insights for the HR team and managers to support decision-making.
- Providing first-line HR admin support to managers and employees.
- Assisting with the coordination of training sessions, engagement activities, and HR projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative background, ideally with HR or recruitment experience.
- Previous experience working with HRIS and ATS systems, with confidence in managing data and processes.
- Strong reporting skills – able to produce, interpret and share accurate data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build good relationships at all levels.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all administration tasks.
