We are currently seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef who is enthusiastic, driven and ready to join the team at Trust by Modou. At Trust by Modou, we evolve our concepts regularly, giving you continuous opportunities to develop your skills and broaden your knowledge across a variety of cooking styles. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, assist in supervising the team, and coordinate the delivery of high quality dishes in a busy fast‑paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with controlling and overseeing seasoning, portioning and presentation
- Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen and with the wider studio team
- Communicate clearly, lead confidently when required and collaborate effectively
- Show a strong understanding of food, modern preparation techniques and food safety
- Commit to delivering a first‑class experience for every guest
