Six Company is the group behind a portfolio of creative, fast growing hospitality brands including Six by Nico, Somewhere by Nico, 111 by Modou, Trust by Modou, Studio Modou and Bamboleo. Since launching in 2017, we have expanded rapidly and now operate across more than 22 venues across the UK and Ireland.

At Six Company, our people sit at the heart of everything we do. Our People & Culture Blueprint sets out how we attract, develop and retain talent while building a high performance, values led culture that supports sustainable growth. We are ambitious, commercially focused, and committed to doing things the right way.

We are seeking an experienced and people focused Culture Business Partner to play a key role in embedding and delivering our Cultural Blueprint across the North and West region. This is a highly visible, hands on role that sits at the intersection of culture, standards, leadership, and performance. Acting as a trusted partner to operational leaders, the Culture Business Partner will translate our Cultural Blueprint into practical, site level ways of working that drive consistency, accountability, and a strong colleague experience.

The role blends strategic thinking with on site delivery and ownership. You will spend time across venues, working directly with leaders and teams to embed culture, build capability, and drive meaningful change. The Culture Business Partner will report into the Head of HR and work closely with the wider People & Culture team and senior operational stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the regional Culture Business Partner for the North and West, owning the day to day embedding of the Six Company Cultural Blueprint across sites.
  • Translate the Cultural Blueprint into practical, site level ways of working that drive performance, consistency, and colleague experience.
  • Work hands on across venues, spending regular time on site to understand challenges, coach leaders, and support delivery.
  • Build, review and evolve SOPs, standards, and company procedures to ensure they reflect our culture, brand, and operational reality.
  • Design, develop and enable tools, resources, and frameworks that support leadership capability, development, and accountability.
  • Lead and support the rollout of Six by You across the North and West, including site level sessions, co creation, preparation and delivery.
  • Establish and embed Culture Champions and Pioneers across the region, including recruitment, onboarding, toolkits, and ongoing support.
  • Lead regional colleague listening activity including engagement surveys, focus groups, and employee forums.
  • Interpret engagement and employment survey data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insight into clear actions and improvements.
  • Chair and lead employee forums, ensuring colleague voice is heard, represented, and acted upon.
  • Drive performance through culture by supporting leaders to link standards, behaviours, and outcomes.
  • Support the design and delivery of leadership development activity aligned to cultural priorities.
  • Partner with external organisations and suppliers to support employer brand activity and promote Six Company as an employer of choice.
  • Work closely with Operations, People & Culture, and senior leaders to ensure cultural initiatives land effectively and sustainably.
  • Contribute to group wide culture projects, pilots, and continuous improvement activity as the approach scales beyond the region.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in a culture, people, organisational development, or operational leadership role within a multi site environment.
  • Hospitality or similarly fast paced, operational sector experience is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working on site, influencing leaders, and getting involved in delivery rather than operating remotely.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into practical tools, standards, and behaviours.
  • Confident facilitating sessions, leading forums, and engaging colleagues at all levels.
  • Data literate, with experience interpreting engagement or employment survey data to drive improvement.
  • Commercially aware, pragmatic, and solutions focused.
  • Passionate about culture, leadership development, and colleague experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Annual bonus eligibility.
  • 28 days holiday per year, pro rata.
  • Hybrid working pattern.
  • Clear career progression opportunities within a growing group.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Hospitality rewards with exclusive discounts.
  • Cycle to Work scheme.
