The role
We change menus regularly, offering continual development of skills and knowledge across different cooking styles.
Responsibilities
- Take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high level of food safety is maintained
- Run a section during the day to day service; sections will alternate for your personal development
- Have good knowledge and understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety
- Commit to delivering first class service
- Maintain a positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Salaries will be paid at an hourly rate inclusive of service charge.
