The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to join Somewhere by Nico Glasgow. The successful candidate will be based at our Glasgow location and will oversee the development of drinks. You will work closely with the General Manager on future developments, brand promotions/collaborations and training. You will oversee product development and daily service operations. The ideal candidate will be extremely hands on and will be able to motivate and lead a team of highly trained, dedicated colleagues. You will be responsible for all operations of the bar and ensure that it delivers the very best levels of guest service.
