We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at Six by Nico.

Responsibilities

  • Take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high level of food safety is maintained.
  • Run a section during the day‑to‑day service; sections will alternate for personal development.
  • Apply good knowledge & understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
  • Commit to delivering first‑class service.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Show good organisational skills and work well under pressure.
