We are currently seeking experienced Chef de Parties are enthusiastic and driven to join the team at Six by Nico.
The role
Due to our unique concept, we change menus on a regular basis which will give you the opportunity for continual development of your skills and knowledge with different cooking styles.
As a Chef de Partie at Six by Nico, you will:
- Be able to take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high level of food safety is maintained
- Be responsible for running a section during the day to day service; sections will alternate for your personal development
- Have a good knowledge & understanding on food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
- Be committed to delivering first class service
- Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
