The role
Due to our unique concept, we change menus on a regular basis which will give you the opportunity for continual development of your skills and knowledge with different cooking styles.
Responsibilities
- Take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high level of food safety is maintained.
- Run a section during the day to day service; sections will alternate for personal development.
- Have good knowledge & understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
- Be committed to delivering first class service.
- Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
