We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to assist in leading the team at Six by Nico.
The Role
As a General Manager, you will demonstrate leadership with a hands‑on approach. You will be based on the restaurant floor, learning how each area of the business works. You will bring out the best in your team in a fast‑paced environment, overseeing a management team as well as the entire front‑of‑house operation. Your primary focus will be to create unforgettable experiences for our customers and team, front and back of house.
As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience, an expert communicator with strong delegation skills, and a collaborator across departments. You’re driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.
