Six by Nico is a vibrant and unique restaurant group focusing around a themed six‑course tasting menu, currently thriving throughout the UK and Ireland. We are currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to join the team at Six by Nico.
The role:
- Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries or other sweet goods.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth running of the day to day operations.
- Assume responsibility for monitoring stock levels.
- Create desserts and baked goods by following a set recipe.
- Decorate products to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
