The role of Head Chef will see you supervising and coordinating the delivery of high‑quality food in a busy and fast‑paced kitchen environment. You will demonstrate your leadership with a hands‑on approach and set a standard of excellence. Due to the fast pace, organisational skills and the ability to multitask are paramount.

  • Control and oversee seasoning, portioning and appearance of food served
  • Promote teamwork within the kitchen and front of house
