The Role

  • Support the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and overall operation
  • Lead from the front during service, ensuring quality, consistency and pace
  • Take ownership of sections and oversee prep, service and standards across the kitchen
  • Support with team training, development and building a strong kitchen culture
  • Ensure high levels of food safety, hygiene and compliance are maintained at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain strong organisational standards and thrive in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • A genuine passion for flavour, food and hospitality
  • Solid understanding of modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • High standards with strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, resilience and the ability to multitask under pressure
