We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to assist in leading the team in Six by Nico.
The role:
- You will be responsible for all operations of the bar and ensure that it delivers the very best levels of guest service.
- The ideal candidate will be extremely hands-on and will be able to motivate and lead a team of highly trained, dedicated colleagues.
- Work closely with management team to ensure quality customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ordering & stock management.
- Passion for cocktails and developing drink offerings.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
