The role of the General Manager will see you demonstrate your leadership with a hands‑on approach. You will be based on the restaurant floor learning how each area of the business works. You will be responsible for bringing the best out of your team in a fast‑paced environment. This will require the ability to oversee a management team as well as the entire front of house operation. However, the most important aspect of your job is to create unforgettable experiences for our customers and your team, both front and back of house.
As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience. You’re an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. Ultimately, you’re driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.
