We are currently recruiting for a Bartender to join the team at Lennox.
The role
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Bartender with sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining skills and product knowledge
- Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
- Service of all drink and food orders in the bar and restaurant according to service standards and timings
- Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all beverage stocks for the bar and restaurant
- Administration of all stock including invoice collation, price checking and data entry
Preferred requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year previous experience in bartending
- Enthusiasm for all things bartending
- Confidence working in a busy, high end environment
