The role

The role of Assistant General Manager will see you take charge and guide your team forward. You will be accountable for the guests' experience within a busy environment, team development and cooperating with the General Manager to ensure day to day operations of the restaurant run smoothly.

The ideal candidate would hold the following qualities and experience:
