Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a business analysis or change and improvement function within Housing Management and across a diverse range of functional areas
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both internal and external
- Ability to understand and support others while handling and resolving difficult situations or conflict
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures accurately and consistently
- Experience monitoring data, identifying trends, problem solving, and escalating where needed
- Ability to manage core systems and balance conflicting priorities to achieve project milestones, performance indicators, targets, and outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business areas to map current and future state processes, address business problems, and identify areas for improvement
- Produce requirements documentation to support delivery of agreed success measures
- Facilitate solution design with IT colleagues and external vendors
- Formulate project plans and monitor and report progress, issues, and actions
- Develop rigorous test plans and scripts with users, customers, and vendors
- Deliver end user training for change requests and larger project implementations
- Build and maintain strong relationships across business partnering areas to stay informed about business developments
