- Proficiency in the following software is required:
- Microsoft SharePoint: Experience in uploading, organizing, and managing content libraries, as well as creating and maintaining pages and document libraries.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Word for transcription and formatting, PowerPoint for presentation materials, and Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Microsoft Teams: Comfortable using Teams for collaboration, meetings, and file sharing.
- OneNote or equivalent: For note-taking and organizing transcription drafts.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribing all learning content from Data Week 2024 and Data Week 2025, including presentations, workshops, and speaker sessions.
- Compiling and formatting transcribed materials into accessible learning resources.
- Ensuring all materials are uploaded and maintained on the Practice SharePoint site for learner access.
- Organizing and categorizing learning materials to support easy navigation and retrieval.
- Collaborating with the Practice Manager to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and accessibility standards.
- Assisting the Practice Manager in planning and coordinating Data Week and other practice-led activities.
- Supporting logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement for learning events.
- Maintaining records of attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the transcription and publishing process.
- Contributing to the development of templates, guides, and best practices for learning content management.
This is a 6-month role based in Telford with a hybrid working arrangement. The rate for this position is £315 per day via Umbrella. Given the nature of the work, an active SC Clearance is required. There may be a customer requirement for potential attendance at the Leeds Office, which we will discuss during the interview process.
