Responsibilities
- Support our Data & Performance team in collecting, analysing, and maintaining data for the Smart Metering Programme.
- Assist in collecting and validating data from field teams, subcontractors, and internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records relating to meter installations, replacements, aborts, and exceptions.
- Support reconciliation of operational data with planning, commercial reporting, and client requirements.
- Identify data inconsistencies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
- Assist in building dashboards and visuals using Excel and/or Power BI.
- Monitor programme trends such as productivity, success rates, compliance, and turnaround times.
- Help prepare information for internal reviews, client meetings, and commercial submissions.
- Work with internal systems, apps, and databases used across the Smart Metering Programme.
- Develop data extraction skills.
- Assist with process improvements and automation of routine reporting tasks where possible.
- Collaborate with Compliance teams to ensure all job records, photos, and evidence are captured and auditable.
- Support analysis of failed jobs, exceptions, and non-compliance trends.
- Work with operational teams to ensure accurate data is captured at source.
- Engage with Delivery Managers, Supervisors, Planners, and Subcontractors regarding data accuracy.
- Support internal teams with ad hoc data requests or analysis tasks.
- Contribute to team meetings and share findings or insights when required.
