Responsibilities
- Act as a technical leader, coach, and change agent, embedding Test Driven Development (TDD) practices into a team of engineers.
- Shape engineering culture and introduce TDD principles while maintaining clear organisational separation between development and testing.
- Coach the team and act as a hands-on test practitioner, personally designing, implementing, and executing project tests.
- Provide objective evidence of software quality in line with quality assurance requirements.
