Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails full-stack engineering
- Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Hotwire, and Stimulus
- Node.js and React exposure considered beneficial
- Proven ability in API design, including REST, GraphQL, and external integrations
- Experience with data stores such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch
- Hands‑on experience with async processing tools such as Sidekiq and Resque
- Strong cloud and DevOps knowledge, including AWS, Heroku, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
- Experience with testing and quality practices, including RSpec, Capybara, and TDD methodologies
- Knowledge of security, performance tuning, and system hardening
- Experience integrating AI and LLMs, including API integration, prompt engineering, and AI‑enhanced features
- Proven experience guiding cross‑disciplinary engineering teams of around 5 to 15 people
- Strong leadership, mentoring, code review, and architectural direction experience
- Decisive, action‑oriented approach with the ability to align technical direction to business strategy
- Experience in fast‑moving, product‑centric environments

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership to engineering teams, including mentoring, code review, and architectural direction
