Requirements
- Strong Agile Business Analyst experience, ideally within Scrum or DSDM environments.
- Experience writing user stories and BDD acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable working in technical environments rather than purely business-facing projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with radar, RF systems, sensors, aerospace, aviation, defence, networking, or real-time platforms would be a strong advantage.
- Comfortable in technical conversations and can work confidently with engineers and end users.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to operate where software, hardware, and operational processes intersect.
Responsibilities
- Gather and refine requirements with technical and operational stakeholders.
- Write structured user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
- Support Agile delivery across sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos.
- Produce workflows, user journeys, and wireframes.
- Work closely with architects, developers, and testers on complex real-world systems.
- Support deployments, demonstrations, and operational trials.
- Bridge communication between engineering teams, operational users, and project delivery.
